Located in Karachi’s F.B. Industrial Area, A & J Apparel operates from a purpose-built manufacturing facility equipped to produce apparel for international markets.
Our production environment combines skilled craftsmanship, modern machinery and defined quality-control procedures. From fabric cutting to final pressing and packing, every department works together to maintain consistency, accuracy and dependable production standards.
Yarn Department
From Yarn Procurement to Fabric Production
The manufacturing process at A & J Apparel begins with sourcing yarn according to the buyer’s order, required fabric composition and production specifications.
Yarn is purchased from approved suppliers and received at our facility in packed bales. Each batch is identified and stored separately in the yarn department to maintain proper control before production begins.
